Biiyond Production Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company registered in Kathmandu. Leafcut operates within the company. The company has a small group of shareholders and continues to be led by its founder.

Money that arrives this month is useful. Something that keeps producing after you stop pushing it is worth far more. Every decision is judged on which one it is.

No appointment is made against a forecast. Each phase unlocks only once the revenue that pays for it has arrived and held.

We would rather own two good businesses than six average ones, and we will wait for the right person rather than fill a seat.
Patience, and somebody who has built something in a market like this one. Capital alone is not the constraint. We are looking for a person we would still want on the register in ten years.
